Contract manufacturing, also known as OEM or third-party cosmetics manufacturing, is the right model when the formula is yours and you need a reliable partner to produce it. Brands come to us when they want to move production from another manufacturer, add a second production source, bring manufacturing closer to markets in Europe and the Middle East, or scale up a product that has outgrown small-batch production.
The key difference from our private label service is the starting point. In private label you start from our ready formulas. In contract manufacturing we manufacture with your own formula and follow your specifications for appearance, odour, pH, viscosity, fill weight and packaging. Our role is to reproduce your product consistently, batch after batch.
Every stage takes place in our facility in Esenyurt, Istanbul: raw-material receipt, bulk production, filling on fully automated lines, labelling, boxing and palletising. With a capacity of 40,000 units per day and 1.2 million units per month since 2025, we can support both launch volumes and larger repeat orders.

- Full formula with percentages, or a detailed INCI list if we are to reproduce the formula
- Finished-product specifications: appearance, colour, odour, pH, viscosity and other parameters you control
- Preferred raw-material grades or suppliers, where they are critical to performance
- A reference sample of the current product, if it is already on the market
- Packaging specifications or components, plus artwork for labels and boxes
- Target markets and quantities, so we can plan raw materials and production

Formula review
Our chemists review your formula and INCI list for manufacturability, raw-material availability and consistency with EU cosmetics regulation.
Raw-material sourcing
We source raw materials, around 95% of which come from European suppliers in our standard supply chain, and prioritise vegan grades where possible.
Lab and trial batches
We prepare lab samples and trial batches, and compare them with your specifications or reference sample before scale-up.
Packaging sourcing and checks
We can use your components or source packaging for you, and check compatibility between formula and pack.
Production and filling
Bulk manufacturing and filling on fully automated lines under ISO 22716 GMP and an ISO 9001 quality management system.
Packing and export preparation
Labelling, boxing, palletising and professional export packaging, ready for collection by your forwarder.
Technology transfer: how we take over your formula
1. NDA and documentation
We can sign a confidentiality agreement before you share your formula. You send the formula or INCI list, specifications and any reference samples.
2. Technical review
Our R&D team checks the formula, raw materials and process, and flags any items that need clarification or local alternatives.
3. Lab reproduction
We produce lab samples and compare them with your reference for appearance, odour, texture and key parameters. You review and approve.
4. Stability and compatibility
Before scale-up, samples are checked for stability and compatibility with the chosen packaging.
5. Pilot and scale-up
We run a trial batch on production equipment to confirm the process works at scale and matches the approved sample.
6. Production and release
Your order is manufactured, filled and quality-checked, then labelled, boxed and palletised for shipment.
Quality documentation we can share
Brands working with a contract manufacturing partner in Turkey need to know what documentation they will receive. The exact document set depends on the product and market, and we agree it at quote stage. In general we can provide:
- copies of our ISO 22716 (Cosmetics GMP) and ISO 9001 certificates
- our vegan and Halal certification details for eligible products
- raw-material documentation available from our suppliers, such as specifications and safety data
- batch and lot information for traceability of finished goods
- finished-product quality control results against the agreed specifications
- SPF test results for sunscreen products
Please note that product registration, safety assessment and the legal responsibility for placing products on a given market remain with the brand owner or its appointed representative. We support these processes with formula and production information but do not act as a Responsible Person.
Do you need a formula adjusted or developed?
Not every formula transfers one-to-one. A raw material may be unavailable, a claim may need a different active level, or a product may need reformulating for a new market. In these cases our chemists propose alternatives and prepare new samples for your approval, with R&D support free of charge for our customers.
