Sunscreen is one of the most regulated and most scrutinised products a brand can sell. The number on the pack has to be supported by testing, the UV filters have to be permitted in your market, and the formula has to feel light enough that people actually apply enough of it. That is why sunscreen development starts in our R&D laboratory, not on the filling line.
Our cosmetic chemists design the filter combination, emulsion and sensory profile, and we have the SPF value verified by an SPF test on the final formula. SPF 30 and SPF 50 sunscreen manufacturing
SPF 30 is the usual choice for daily face products, while SPF 50 suits high-exposure, holiday and outdoor use. The SPF you print must match the tested result of the final formula, so we fix the target at the brief stage and design the filter system around it. Any change to filters, emulsion or even the base after testing can affect the result, which is why we lock the formula before SPF testing.
Other claims
Claims such as water resistance, UVA protection statements or “reef-friendly” wording are not covered by an SPF test alone. Water-resistance claims require separate water-resistance testing, and other claims need their own supporting evidence. We will tell you which claims your formula can support and what additional testing would be needed for others.
Packaging
Sunscreens are usually filled into tubes, pump bottles or squeeze bottles; face products also work well in airless pumps. We source packaging, support label and box design and deliver finished products labelled, boxed and palletised for export.

Formula lock and SPF testing
Once you approve the formula, it is fixed and its SPF value is verified by SPF testing. Additional claims such as water resistance are tested separately if required.
Packaging and artwork
We source tubes or bottles and support label and box design. You approve artwork showing the tested SPF and usage instructions.
Production and quality control
The sunscreen is produced and filled on automated lines under ISO 22716 GMP and released after quality control.
Packing and shipment
