A cosmetic factory in Turkey built for private label brands

Our factory in Esenyurt, Istanbul, is dedicated to business customers: brands, start-ups, e-commerce sellers, distributors, salons, hotels and export buyers. We do not sell to consumers, so every line, every batch and every label is planned around your brand. Because the R&D laboratory, production halls and packing area are on the same site, samples, pilot batches and full production runs are handled by the same team, and your project does not move between subcontractors.

Below you will find what our lines can do, how a batch moves through the plant, how quality is controlled and which certificates cover the work.

Production capacity and automated lines

Since 2025 our fully automated filling and production lines have a capacity of 40,000 units per day, or around 1.2 million units per month. For buyers, capacity matters less as a headline figure and more for what it allows:

  • Room to scale a successful SKU from a first order to repeat orders without changing manufacturer.
  • Consistent fill volumes and closing across long runs, which reduces returns and complaints.
  • Parallel production of several SKUs for launch collections, such as a serum, cream and cleanser released together.
  • Handling of different formats: liquids, gels, creams and lotions, oils, perfumes and mists, in bottles, jars, tubes, pumps, sprays and airless packs.

Minimum order quantities are flexible and depend on the product, formula and packaging you choose, so the fastest way to get an accurate figure is to request a quote.

How a batch moves through our GMP production flow

  1. Approved formula and specification

Production starts from a signed-off formula (yours, co-developed or one of our ready formulas) and an agreed product specification covering appearance, odour, pH or viscosity where relevant, fill volume and packaging.

  2. Raw material and packaging receipt

Incoming raw materials, around 95% of which come from European suppliers, and packaging components are checked against their documents and specifications before release to production.

  3. Weighing and compounding

Ingredients are weighed according to the batch record and processed following the approved method. Each step is documented so the batch can be traced later.

  4. In-process checks

The bulk is checked against the specification before filling. A batch that does not meet specification is not released to the filling line.

  5. Automated filling, closing and labelling

The bulk is filled on our automated lines, closed, labelled and coded with the batch number, with checks on fill level, closure and label position during the run.

  6. Boxing, palletising and release

Finished units are boxed, packed into export cartons and palletised. After final checks and review of the batch documents, the goods are released for shipment.

Quality control stages

  • Supplier documents (specifications, certificates of analysis, safety data sheets) reviewed for raw materials
  • Incoming inspection of raw materials and packaging components before use
  • Documented batch records for weighing, processing and filling
  • Bulk checks against the agreed specification before filling
  • Line checks for fill volume, closure, labelling and batch coding
  • Final inspection of finished goods before release
  • Batch traceability from raw material lot to finished pallet
  • SPF values of sunscreen products verified by laboratory SPF test

Our formulas are developed in line with EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, and our perfumes follow IFRA guidelines. For each product we can supply the formula and INCI information your Responsible Person or regulatory consultant needs to prepare safety assessments and notifications in your target market. Please note that we do not provide an EU or UK Responsible Person service; that role is appointed by the brand owner.

Vegan raw materials are prioritised in development, and recycled or eco-conscious packaging options are available. Read more about our approach in why we prefer vegan raw materials.

Audits and factory visits by appointment

We welcome supplier audits and factory visits from customers and prospective customers. Visits are arranged by appointment so that the right team members are available and production is not disrupted.
