Private Label Skincare Manufacturer in Turkey

Why work with a private label skincare manufacturer in Turkey

Skincare is the most formulation-sensitive part of a cosmetics range. Active levels, pH, preservation and packaging compatibility all affect whether a product stays stable on the shelf and performs as promised. As a private label skincare manufacturer with an in-house R&D laboratory, we handle these decisions for you, and our R&D support is free of charge for customers.

Producing private label skincare in Turkey gives brands a practical combination: European ingredient quality, with about 95% of our raw materials sourced from European suppliers; EU-compliant formulas developed in line with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009; and a single Istanbul factory that covers development, filling, labelling and export packing. We work with brands, e-commerce sellers, clinics, salons and distributors in Türkiye, Europe, the UK, the Gulf and the USA.

  • Proven skincare formulas ready to adapt, or full custom formulation
  • ISO 22716 cosmetics GMP and ISO 9001 quality management
  • Vegan raw materials prioritised; The Vegan Society and Halal certifications held
  • Automated lines with capacity of 40,000 units per day

Textures and formats

The same active can feel completely different depending on the base. We develop water-light fluids, gels, gel-creams, rich creams, milky lotions, oils, foams and mists, and adjust viscosity so the texture suits the packaging you choose. A serum that runs well through a dropper will be thinner than one designed for an airless pump, for example. We also match sensory details such as finish, absorption time and fragrance, or leave the product fragrance-free.

Skincare packaging options

Packaging has to protect the formula as well as look right. For light- or air-sensitive actives we recommend airless pumps, opaque bottles or amber glass. Common options include:

  • Glass or PET dropper bottles for serums and facial oils
  • Airless pump bottles and jars for creams with sensitive actives
  • Tubes for cleansers, masks and sunscreens
  • Jars for rich creams and masks
  • Spray and mist bottles for toners and essences
  • Recycled and eco-conscious materials where suitable

We source packaging, support label and box design, and supply finished goods labelled, boxed and palletised.

Private label or custom skincare manufacturing?

With private label skincare you start from one of our proven formulas and adapt the details, which suits brands wanting to launch a range quickly. As a contract skincare manufacturer we can also produce your own formula, or develop a fully custom product when you need a unique active combination or claim. Many brands mix both: proven formulas for cleansers and moisturisers, and custom skincare manufacturing for their hero serum. If you are at the very beginning, our guide on how to start a skincare brand covers the key decisions.

How skincare production works with us

  1. Product brief

You share the product list, skin types, target market, desired actives and claims, plus any reference products and your packaging ideas.

  2. Formulation and sampling

Our chemists propose proven formulas or develop new ones and send samples. You test and send feedback until the formula is approved.

  3. Stability and compatibility checks

The approved formula is checked in the chosen packaging to make sure it remains stable and compatible.

  4. Packaging and artwork

We source packaging and support label and box design. You approve the final artwork and ingredient list.

  5. Production and quality control

Batches are produced and filled on automated lines under ISO 22716 GMP and released after quality control.

  6. Packing and delivery

Finished products are labelled, boxed and palletised in export-ready packaging for shipment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you produce a full skincare line, not just one product?

Yes. We make cleansers, toners, serums, moisturisers, sunscreens and masks in the same facility, so a complete routine can be developed with a consistent look, feel and fragrance.

Do you have ready skincare formulas?

Yes. We have proven formulas such as a glycolic and salicylic peeling serum, a ceramide and hyaluronic acid moisturiser and a niacinamide and zinc PCA cream, which can be adapted to your brand.

What is the MOQ for private label skincare?

MOQ is flexible and depends on the product, formula and packaging. Share your brief and we will quote for your exact range.

Are your skincare formulas suitable for the EU and UK?

Our formulas are developed in line with EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009. Brands selling in the EU or UK appoint their own Responsible Person, as we do not provide that service.

Can the products be vegan?

Yes. We prioritise vegan raw materials and can produce vegan-certified skincare. Let us know at the start so every ingredient is selected accordingly.

How long does it take to launch a skincare product?

It depends on whether you use a proven or new formula, sample rounds, stability checks and packaging availability. We provide a project timeline with the quote.
